Sarah McNulty

Sarah McNulty is an Award-Winning Visual Artist in Fine Art and Creative Photography. With the love of the Countryside, Coast and Nature much of her work is inspired by the wonderful Countryside and Coastline of Dorset, along with the surrounding counties and the West Country. Working with a Sony full frame camera and lenses, along with various digital software, allows her to have the additional freedom to be creative after capturing the scene with her camera.
‘Painting’ with photography can include some intentional camera movement or adding layers of her works into the image to create this effect. Sometimes it can simply be an unusual scene, textures, shapes, or light that will gives Sarah the idea to create the artwork, this will also include some aspects of her nature photography where she enjoys being more creative.
Sarah’s journey into photography has now enabled her to have her work published locally in magazines, along with the Open Spaces Society – The UK’s oldest National Conservation Society and Charity. Recently awarded ‘Commended’ in February 2024 in the International Garden Photographer of the Year and has seen her work published in the Collection 17 book.
